The Classes

  • Panther HIIT

    Strong heart, strong joints, a body that moves with power and has the endurance to keep you going—that’s Panther.

    It’s a low impact, high intensity, high efficacy class designed for doers who want more of their bodies long-term. So, there’s no junk, just simple moves that actually work.

  • Mat Pilates

    Think less Birkin bag and more Damascus blade forged by hand. Elegant, sure, but Mat Pilates is a tool, a system of 34 simple moves that hone hip power, core strength, and mobility.

    It’s a weapon against weakness hiding in overlooked muscles, and it works whether you’re strong, or you want to be.

When, where, and what you need.

Classes are 45 minutes long. Bring a mat and some water. We have mats if you need one. Class size is limited to 10, book in advance to claim your spot.
