House Blend

Class break is over, and the next 12 week cycle of classes starts up tomorrow morning at 6am with Dawn Patrol.

Apparently, class break is when we invent new classes. This time it’s House Blend. Like Dawn Patrol it’s a 6 person limit—keeping it tight is how we like it—but here’s the gist of House Blend.

A curated mix of Mat Pilates, weight training, and calisthenics. House Blend pulls moves and methods straight from our other classes and serves them up as one good ass workout. Perfect for those who want to break up the day with solid training that stays fresh, and fans of the noon session.
